摘要
女大学生就业难造成人才的浪费。通过对衡阳师范学院近5年女大学生招生及就业情况调查和分析,了解女大学生就业难除自身不足和家庭影响因素外,还遭遇用人单位接受女大学生数量有限和女大学生比例过高造成就业供给侧结构性矛盾问题等困境,并提出政府出台政策法规、学校优化招生—培养—就业联动机制、女大学生提升自身能力和市场营造公平就业环境,将政府、学校、女大学生和市场紧密结合起来的破解对策。
The employment difficulty of the female college students cause the waste of talents.Through the investigation and analysis of the enrollment and employment situation of female college students in Hengyang Normal University in the past 5years,this paper understands that the employment difficulty of the female college students have many factors,in addition to their own deficiency and family influence.They also suffer from the difficulties such as the limited number of the female college students of the employment as well as the high proportion of the female college students.We put forward that the government should make some policies and regulations and the school should optimize enrollment-training-employment linkage mechanism,the female college students should enhance their own ability and the market should create a fair employment environment.The government,schools,female college students and the market closely combined to crack the countermeasures.
