摘要
施工质量、建设进度和造价成本是建设工程项目的3大控制指标,三者相互影响且互为依存。对于任何工程项目而言,平衡这3个指标的相互关系,成为决定项目成功与否的关键,即任何工程项目的完成,都需要既能够保证在较短的工期范围内完成项目交付,又要很好地控制成本使得有利可图,还应该达到国家、行业和业主规定的质量要求。因而,如何有效地进行施工管理,使得质量、工期和成本达到辩证统一,是值得研究和总结的重要课题。多目标优化(MOP)是运筹学中用来解决在一定约束下,求多个目标都能达到最优解的数学模型。故运用MOP相关理论来解决工程实际中在资源有约束的情况下求取质量、进度和成本这个3目标的多目标优化问题。
Construction quality,construction schedule and cost are the three major control indicators of construction projects, and they influence and depend on each other.For any project,balancing the relationship between the three indicators is the key to determine the success of the project,that is,the completion of any project requires not only to ensure the completion of the project within a shorter time frame,but also to control the cost to make it profitable,but also to achieve the country,industry.And the quality requirements specified by the owner.Therefore,how to effectively carry out construction management,so that the quality,time limit and cost to achieve a dialectical unity,is worth studying and summarizing an important topic.Multiobjective optimization (MOP)is a mathematical model used in operations research to solve the problem of finding the optimal Pareto solution for multiple objectives under certain constraints.MOP theory is used to solve the multi-objective optimization problem of obtaining quality,schedule and cost under resource constraints.
