摘要
受体相互作用蛋白1为细胞程序性坏死通路中极为重要的调节因子,参与缺血性心脑血管疾病、炎症、神经退行性疾病和肿瘤的发生与发展。因此,受体相互作用蛋白1作为一个新型的药物靶标引起了广泛关注。综述受体相互作用蛋白1的结构、生物学作用以及近年来受体相互作用蛋白1激酶抑制剂的研究进展。
Receptor-interacting protein 1(RIP1) is an extremely important regulatory protein in cell necroptosis, and is involved in the occurrence and development of ischemic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, inflammation, neurodegenerative diseases and malignant tumors. Therefore, RIP1 has attracted great attention from drug researchers as a new type of drug target. This paper reviewed the structure and biological effects of RIP1 as well as the advances in research on RIP1 kinase inhibitors in recent years.
