摘要
概述了冷阴极灯及其电极。基于吸入式干喷砂机、钨杆和表面粗糙度测试仪对冷阴极灯电极喷砂工艺进行正交试验研究,进而确定喷砂压力、喷砂时间、砂粒大小、单次喷砂质量等最佳的冷阴极灯电极喷砂工艺。采用最佳喷砂工艺,可以控制电极表面粗糙度,提高电极与玻璃的封接性能。
The cold cathode lamp and its electrodes were summarized. Orthogonal test & investigation on blasting process for electrode of cold cathode lamp were performed based on suction dry blasting machine, tungsten rod and surface roughness tester. Furthermore, the best blasting process for electrode of cold cathode lamp such as blasting pressure, blasting time, sand size and single blasting quality was defined. By adoption of the best blasting process, the surface roughness of the electrode can be controlled to improve the sealing performance between the electrode and the glass.
