通过梳理美国国防科技工业市场集中度的历史演进及其特征,分析美国国防科技工业市场集中度提高的动因,提出为优化我国国防科技工业市场结构,必须在遵循市场规律的基础上,充分发挥政府作用,打造世界级军工企业集团,建立合理高效的产权交易市场,注重集中化专业化整合,从而推动我国国防科技工业发展。
By sorting out the historical evolution and characteristics of the market concentration of American national defense technology industry,and analyzing the causes of the increase on the market concentration of American national defense technology industry,we proposing that in order to optimize the market structure of Chinese national defense technology industry,it is necessary to give full play to the role of the government on the basis of following the laws of the market,build a world-class military industrial enterprise group,establish a reasonable and efficient market for property rights,and focus on the integration of centralization and specialization,so as to promote the development of Chinese national defense technology industry.
