摘要
目的:制定单味中药养心草配方颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法进行定性鉴别和高效液相色谱法测定活性特征成份杨梅苷的含量。结果:薄层色谱法检出的特征斑点明显;含量测定方法回收率为100.3%(n=6,RSD=2.0%)。结论:本标准建立的方法,专属性强、易操作、重现性好,可有效用于控制养心草配方颗粒的质量。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the quality standard of Herba Sedi Aizoonis formula granules. Methods: Thin layer chromatography(TLC) was used for qualitative identification and High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC) was used for the determination of myricitrin. RESULTS: TLC could detect the characteristic spots, and the recovery was 100.3 %(n=6, RSD=2.0 %). CONCLUSION: The method is specific and simple, which can be used for quality control of Herba Sedi Aizoonis formula granules.
