摘要 金融危机后,宏观经济学研究不断关注房地产市场。房地产市场周期性波动对宏观经济产生显著影响,无论是学术界还是政策制定者,都高度重视房地产市场相关问题研究。为了理清房地产市场研究的脉络与争议,通过梳理房地产市场对宏观经济影响的最新文献,并总结归纳争议与未来研究方向,以期对房地产市场繁荣-衰退周期以及中国房地产市场研究提供借鉴。 After the financial crisis, the macro-economic research continuously focused on the real estate market. The periodic fluctuation of real estate market had great impact on the macro-economy, both academia and policy maker have taken the real estate market issues seriously. To clear up the context and dispute of real estate market research, this paper summarizes and concludes the dispute and future research direction by combing the latest references on the impact of real estate market on macro-economy, and hopes to provide accordance for prosperous-recessive period of real estate market and real estate market research of China.
