摘要
目的分析2017年全面放开食盐价格后平顶山市居民户碘盐食用情况,为持续消除碘缺乏病、科学补碘提供依据。方法 2017年平顶山市每个监测县(市、区)分别按东、西、南、北、中划分5个抽样片区,在每个片区各随机抽取1个乡镇/街道(至少包括1个街道),每个乡镇/街道抽取60户居民食用盐样,按照GB/T13025.7直接滴定法测定盐中碘含量。结果 2017年共检测居民户食用盐2 612份。其中,碘盐2 479份,非碘盐133份;合格碘盐2 100份,不合格碘盐379份;碘盐覆盖率为94.91%,碘盐合格率为84.71%,合格碘盐食用率为80. 40%。结论 2017年全面放开食盐价格对全市普及碘盐造成一定影响,需进一步强化以食盐加碘为主的综合防控策略,加大碘盐普及力度。
Objective To analyze the consumption of iodized salt among households in Pingdingshan city after the full liberalization of salt price in 2017,so as to provide evidence for the elimination of iodine deficiency disorders(IDD) and scientific iodine supplementation.Methods In 2017,each county(city or district) in Pingdingshan city was divided into 5 sampling areas in East,West,South,North and middle.One township/street(at least one street) were randomly selected from each area.60 households were sampled from each township/street.The content of iodine in salt was measured via the GB/T 13 025.7 direct titration method.Results A total of 2 612 edible salt at households were tested in 2017.Among them,2 479 were iodized salt and 133 were non-iodized salt;2100 were qualified iodized salt and 379 were unqualified iodized salt;the coverage rate of iodized salt was 94.91 %,the rate of qualified iodized salt was 84.71% and the rate of qualified iodized salt used for food was 80.40 %.Conclusions The full liberalization of salt price has a certain impact on the popularization of iodized salt in whole city.It is necessary to further strengthen the comprehensive prevention and control strategy based on iodized salt,and intensify the popularization of iodized salt.
