摘要
目的了解经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)介入护士职业压力与主观幸福感及应对方式的状况,分析职业压力与主观幸福感和应对方式的相关性。方法选取2018年2月合肥市8家综合医院PCI介入科护士145名,采用工作压力源量表、总体幸福感量表、简易应对方式量表进行问卷调查,采用t检验和Pearson相关性分析。结果 145名PCI介入护士职业压力源平均总分为(2.46±0.58)分,其中工作量及工作时间分配是最主要的职业压力源[(2.87±0.48)分]。PCI介入护士消极应对评分明显低于国内女性常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PCI介入护士主观幸福感与工作量及工作时间分配、专业护理及工作安排、患者的护理方面、管理与人际关系总分呈负相关(P<0.01),与工作环境与资源方面呈负相关(P<0.05)。PCI介入护士积极应对与工作量及工作时间分配、工作环境与资源方面、患者的护理方面、管理与人际关系呈负相关(P<0.05),与职业压力源总分呈负相关(P<0.01)。PCI介入护士消极应对与工作量及工作时间分配呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 PCI介入护士多方面的职业压力影响主观幸福感及应对方式,减轻护士的职业压力,采取积极的应对方式,有助于提高主观幸福感。
Objective To understand the status of occupational stress and subjective well-being and coping styles of PCI(percutaneous coronary intervention)nurses,and to analyze the correlation between occupational stress and subjective well-being and coping styles.Methods A total of 145 PCI nurses from 8 general hospitals in Hefei were selected in February 2018,and questionnaires were conducted using the work pressure source scale,general happiness scale and simple coping style scale,and t test and Pearson correlation analysis were used.Results The mean total score of 145 PCI nurses was 2.46+0.58,among which workload and working time distribution were the most important(2.87+0.48).The PCI nurses'negative response score was significantly lower than the domestic female norm,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The subjective well-being of PCI nurses was negatively correlated with workload and work time allocation,professional nursing and work arrangement,patient nursing,management and total score of interpersonal relationship(P<0.01),and work environment and resources(P<0.05).PCI interventional nurses'active coping was negatively correlated with workload and work time allocation,work environment and resources,patient care,management and interpersonal relationship(P<0.05),and the total score of occupational stress source(P<0.01).PCI nurses'negative coping was positively correlated with workload and work time allocation(P<0.05).Conclusions The occupational stress of PCI involved nurses in various aspects affects the subjective well-being and coping styles,reduces the professional pressure of nurses and adopts positive coping styles,which is conducive to improving the subjective well-being.
