摘要
目的:探讨微波配合推拿对婴幼儿脾胃虚寒型泄泻改善情况。方法:选取符合纳入标准的60例脾胃虚寒型泄泻患儿,采用随机盲法分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组采用常规治疗方法,观察组在对照组治疗基础上采用微波配合推拿治疗,2组1周为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程,观察2组患者症状评分以及实验室指标变化。结果:观察组患儿治疗后泄泻症状评分显著低于对照组,观察组患儿的泄泻症状较对照组改善显著。观察组患儿的大便常规白细胞(WBC)(100%vs66.67%)、霉菌(TR)(100%vs50.00%)指标转为正常率显著优于对照组。观察组疗效总有效率93.33%,对照组为疗效总有效率76.67%,2组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:微波配合推拿治疗脾胃虚寒型小儿泄泻能够明显降低患儿泄泻症状评分,改善患儿泄泻症状。
Objective: To investigate the effect of microwave combined with massage on diarrhea in deficiency cold of spleen and stomach in infants. Methods: 60 children with Diarrhea in deficiency cold of spleen and stomach type who met the inclusion criteria were randomly blindly divided into observation group and control group(30 cases each). The control group was treated with routine treatment, and the observation group was treated with the control group. Microwave therapy combined with massage, two groups a week for a course of treatment, a total of 2 courses of treatment. Observe the change of symptom scores and laboratory indicators in both groups. Results: The scores of diarrhea after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The diarrhea symptoms in the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group. The regular white blood cell(WBC)(100% vs 66.67%) and mold(TR)(100% vs 50.00%) indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group. The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.67%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion: Microwave combined with massage in the treatment of diarrhea in spleen-stomach-deficiency cold children can significantly reduce the diarrhea syndrome score and improve the symptoms of diarrhea in children.
