摘要
十八大以来,习近平多次就河北省经济发展做出重要批示,针对河北省经济发展中出现的发展质量不优,产业结构不合理,生态文明建设落后于经济建设等问题提出了加快由旧动能向新动能转换的思想,在京津冀协同发展战略中的共建共享思想以及补齐生态短板的生态经济思想,这对于新常态下河北省提升经济发展的质量和水平,促进经济可持续发展具有重要的指导作用。
Since the 18th National Congress,Xi Jinping has made important instructions on the economic development of Hebei Province on many occasions.He has put forward the idea of accelerating the transition from old energy to new energy in view of the poor quality of development,the irrational industrial structure,and the fact that ecological civilization lags behind economic construction.The idea of co-construction and sharing in the coordinated development strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Province and the ecological economy thought of filling up the ecological short plate have important guiding roles for Hebei Province to improve the quality and level of economic development and promote sustainable economic development under the new normal state。
