摘要
以习近平总书记为领导核心的党中央,自执政以来,对科技创新高度重视,相关讲话内容和精神对雄安新区的建设和石家庄的发展起到了显著的指导作用。改革开放40年来,石家庄的快速崛起成为现代城市化发展的典型,在经济发展、人才聚集、交通枢纽、思想文化建设等方面高速发展。雄安新区的腾空出世,对石家庄未来的城市规划、经济社会发展及城市功能定位都将起到极为重要的牵动作用。因此,分析研究雄安新区的规划与发展,对石家庄城市建设和发展现状的牵动性影响及路径选择具有十分重要的现实意义。
The Party Central Committee,with General Secretary Xi Jinping as the core of leadership, has attached great importance to scientific and technological innovation since he took office.The content and spirit of the relevant speech have played a significant guiding role in the construction of Xiong'an New District and the development of Shijiazhuang.In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,the rapid rise of Shijiazhuang has become a typical example of modern urbanization,and it has developed rapidly in terms of economic development,talent gathering,transportation hub,and ideological and cultural construction.The emergence of Xiong'an New District will play an extremely important role in Shijiazhuang's future urban planning,economic and social development and urban functional positioning. Therefore,the analysis and study of the planning and development of Xiong'an New District have important practical significance for the impact and path selection of Shijiazhuang's urban construction and development status.
