摘要
要保障职业院校教学诊断与改进工作的顺利进行,关键是要进行体制机制创新。要结合我国职业教育发展实际情况,努力构建全校动员的上下联动机制,高效运转的管理协调机制,行业企业参与的多元诊改机制,反馈、调节、改进循环机制,多种诊改方法融合机制,教学诊改与日常工作结合机制,共创、共享、共治的动力机制,久久为功持续改进的长效机制和数据互联互通信息共享机制。
The key to ensuring the smooth progress of teaching diagnosis and improvement in vocational colleges is to carry out institutional and institutional innovation.It is necessary to combine the actual situation of the development of vocational education in China to build a linkage mechanism for mobilization of the whole school,a management coordination mechanism for efficient operation,a multidisciplinary mechanism for the participation of industry enterprises,a circulatory mechanism for feedback, adjustment and improvement,a integration mechanism of various diagnostic ways,a combination mechanism of teaching diagnosis and daily work,a dynamic mechanism of co-creation,sharing,and cogovernance,a long-term mechanism for continuous improvement of data as well as an information sharing mechanism for data interconnection.
