摘要
采用三聚氰胺甲醛树脂微球(MF)填充丁腈橡胶(NBR),研究了MF对NBR硫化特性、硫化动力学和力学性能的影响。结果发现,MF的加入能有效缩短NBR混炼胶的硫化时间、提高硫化速率,Ghoreisy模型能较好地描述MF/NBR混炼胶的硫化历程。随着MF用量的增加,MF/NBR硫化胶的力学性能逐渐提高,当其用量达到20份(质量)时,与未填充的NBR相比,100%和300%定伸应力、拉伸强度及撕裂强度分别提高了155%、90%、110%和80%。
Melamine formaldehyde microsphere( MF) was incorporated into nitrile butadiene rubber( NBR),and the effects of MF on the vulcanization characteristics,vulcanization kinetics and mechanical properties were studied. The results showed that with the addition of MF,the curing time of NBR compounds reduced and the curing rate increased.The Ghoreisy model could simulate the vulcanization kinetics accurately. Adding MF could improve the mechanical properties of MF/NBR,and when the amount of MF was 20 phr,the modulus at 100%,modulus at 300%,tensile strength and tear strength of NBR vulcanizates improved 155%,90%,110%and 80%,respectively,in contrast with those of the neat NBR.
