摘要
目的揭示我国营养学研究现状。方法本文采用文献计量法和可视化分析法。方法以中国知网、万方知识服务平台和维普中文期刊服务平台三个数据库中有关营养学的北大核心期刊学术论文作为样本,对论文发表年度与数量、论文期刊分布、基金资助情况、论文作者与所在机构特征、关键词词频等进行统计分析。结果我国营养学的基础研究较为薄弱、我国营养学的研究广泛但不深入、新技术在我国营养学学科的应用起步晚。结论需要加强开展基础研究,形成一套完善的、关联的、权威的基础理论体系;需要推动营养学研究层次深入发展,提升研究成果的专业性、可行性;需要加强多学科之间的交叉融合;需要注重新技术在营养学学科的应用等。
Objective and Methods To analyze the current situation of nutrition research in China,bibliometric and visual analysis methods were used.Nutritional papers from three databases, China HowNet, Wanfang Knowledge Service Platform and Weipu Chinese Journal Service Platform were collected and analyzed.Results It was found that the basic research of nutrition in China was relatively weak, the research of nutrition in China was extensive but not in-depth, and the application of new technology in the discipline of nutrition in China started late.Conclusion It is concluded that basic nutrition research needs to be strengthened to form a comprehensive and authoritative basic system.Further development of nutritional research needs to be promoted to enhance the professionalism and feasibility.Cross-integration of multi-disciplines and application of new technologies need to be strengthened.
