摘要
完善少数民族地区法律援助制度是推进少数民族地区法治基础设施建设的重要抓手。为此,首先应当通过设立少数民族法律援助工作站以提高少数民族法律援助的针对性和有效性。其次,通过增加少数民族地区法律援助的专用经费以实现少数民族地区法律援助的全覆盖。再次,通过鼓励少数民族地区退休公检法司工作人员参与法律援助事业以壮大少数民族法律援助的人才队伍。最终,通过提高少数民族同胞利用法律途径解决争议的意愿和能力促进各民族的团结发展与共同繁荣。
Improving the legal aid system is an important way for promoting the construction of the rule of law in the minority areas of China. To this end,the first step is to establish legal aid workstations for improving the accuracy and effectiveness of legal aid in the minority areas of China. Secondly,it is necessary to achieve the full coverage of legal aid by increasing the special funds for legal aid in the minority areas of China. Thirdly,it is necessary to get more retired workers from the Public Security Institution,the People’s Procuratorate and the People’s Court to help the legal aid projects in the minority areas of China. Finally,it is beneficial to promote the unity and prosperity of all ethnic groups by enhancing their willingness and ability to resolve disputes through legal means.
