摘要
在新车型纵梁模具调试及生产时,经常面临拉伸件到后工序时感应器无法正常感应到制件导致生产停线维修检查的问题。从模具自动化的角度分析和探索,对现有感应器安装形式进行改进,解决了感应不到位的问题,一定程度上减少了因感应器问题导致的效率损失。同时针对存在的风险及后期改良提出了思路,试图更好地解决这一问题。
In the process of tracking production and debugging of rear sill die,this kind of problem is frequently crops up that the sensor can not normally sense the parts and causes the production line to be checked for maintenance.This paper analyzes and explores measure from the perspective of die automation,by improving the installations of existing sensor,reduces efficiency losses due to sensor problems.At the same time,it proposes ideas for the existing risks and later improvements,trying to solve this problem better.
