摘要
本文描述了澳大利亚的养老服务现状,详细分析了澳大利亚老年护理人才培养的经验,并结合我国现状有针对性地提出了改进我国老年护理人才培养的策略。
This paper describes the current situation of old-age care services in Australia,analyzes in detail the experience of the cultivation of elderly nursing personnel in Australia,and combined with the current situation in China,puts forward targeted strategies to improve the cultivation of elderly nursing personnel in China.
