摘要
采用微波消解提取,电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定啤酒用糖浆中的铁锰铜。该检测方法线性关系较好,精密度高,平均回收率93.3%-109.6%。通过检测发现啤酒用糖浆中的铁锰铜离子,最高铁离子可达0.369ug/kg,锰离子0.208ug/kg,铜离子0.019ug/kg。
The Iron,Manganese and Copper elements in Beer Syrup were measured with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)after digesting by microwave heating.This method demonstrates good linear ship and precision.The average recovery rate is 93.3%-109.6%.The highest content of Iron ion in Beer Syrup is 0.369ug/kg by detection,Manganese ion is 0.208ug/kg and Copper ion is 0.019ug/kg.
