摘要
结合西宁在林业生态建设中的取得的成就、主要做法和存在问题的发展实际,提出西宁林业成为高原城乡生态文明建设典范的思路。
Combined with achievements of Xining in forestry ecological Construction,main practices and problems in development,the idea of Xining forestry as a model of ecological civilization construction in urban and rural areas of the plateau is put forward.
