摘要
通过学习借鉴广东省先进经验,对提高认识,深刻体会,提出黑龙江省在推进"一窗四区"建设中,要积极更新观念、转换机制、调整结构、坚持市场导向,筑巢引凤。
By learning from the advanced experience of Guangdong province and having a deep understanding of it,it is proposed that Heilongjiang province should actively update its concept,transformation mechanism,adjust its structure,adhere to market orientation and build a nest to attract phoenix in promoting the construction of "one window and four districts".
