核电站模拟与数字化仪控系统调节特性验证方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 核电站模拟仪控系统数字化升级改造前,需证明改造后的数字化仪控系统对于工艺系统控制的调节特性等于或优于原模拟仪控系统。搭建一套由典型数字化仪控系统、典型模拟仪控系统、工艺仿真系统组成的验证平台,应用仿真技术,在相同瞬态工况下,对比分析模拟仪控系统和数字化仪控系统对工艺仿真系统闭环调节曲线及参数的差异。证明数字化仪控系统可以完成模拟仪控改造,此验证方法行之有效。验证平台具有可扩展性,能够在改造实施前,完成所有调节回路参数的提前设定。此种方法适用于其他仪控平台升级替换的验证工作。 Before the digital upgrade of the nuclear power plant simulator control system, it is necessary to demonstrate that the improved digital control system(DCS) has equal or better adjustment characteristics than the process system control of the original analog control system(ACS). We propose to establish a verification platform consisting of a typical DCS, a typical ACS, and a process simulation system. Under the same transient conditions, we conduct the comparative analysis of the difference between the closed-loop adjustment curve and parameters by the DCS and the ACS. The experiments have shown that the DCS can effectively replace the ACS. The platform is extensible and can pre-set all tuning cycle parameters before upgrading. Our method is also applicable to verify whether other ACSs are fit to upgrade.
