摘要
目的对山西省2014-2017年AFP监测信息报告管理系统中的病例数据进行分析,发现存在问题,提高监测质量,继续维持无脊灰状态。方法采用描述流行病学方法和AFP监测信息报告管理系统软件,对病例数据进行分析。结果2014-2017年山西省共报告654例AFP病例,年均报告发病率2.87/10万,各项监测指标均 >80%;平均发病年龄为5.35岁,性别比1.75:1;病例无明显季节分布;病例脊灰疫苗全程接种率为94.7%;9例(1.38%)AFP病例检出脊灰病毒,经鉴定5例为疫苗相似病毒、3例为疫苗高变异株、1例为疫苗衍生脊灰病毒;非脊灰肠道病毒分离率为4.18%;所有AFP病例最终诊断分类均为脊灰排除病例。结论山西省2014-2017年继续维持无脊灰状态,各项监测指标均达到世界卫生组织(WHO)和卫生健康委员会要求,但需进一步提高合格标本采集率。
Objective To analyze data of acute flaccid paralysis(AFP)case surveillance system in Shanxi during 2014 and 2017,find the problems to improve the quality of surveillance and maintain the status of polio-free.Methods Case data were analyzed by using descriptive epidemiology and AFP surveillance information reporting management system software. Results A total of 654 AFP cases were reported during 2014 and 2017 in Shanxi,average annual reported incidence was 2. 87/100000,all the surveillance indicators were above 80%.The average age was 5.35 years,and the male to female ratio was 1.75:1.AFP cases did not have an obvious seasonal peak;full course immunization coverage rate of polio vaccine was 94.7%.Poliovirus strains were isolated from 9(1.38%)cases;5 isolate were vaccine strains,3isolates were higher variation vaccine strains,1 isolates was vaccine-derived poliovirus.Non-Polio enterovirus isolation rate was 4.18%.All AFP cases finally diagnosis classification Were polio cases ruled out.Conclusion The status of polio-free maintained in Shanxi province from 2014 to 2017,all the surveillance indicators met the requirement of National Health Commision and World Health Organization,but it needs to increase the rate of qualified specimen collection.
