摘要
工程总承包模式在国际市场上经历了几十年的发展和实践,呈现出显著的项目绩效,已经成为一种成熟的工程建设管理模式。本文阐述了工程总承包的国际起源和发展;以美国为例对该模式在各细分市场的发展和实践现状进行了分析;基于大量研究中的项目执行绩效数据对总承包与传统DBB两种模式的项目绩效的对比,实证了总承包模式的实践效益。最后,结合我国国情,对国内总承包模式的发展提出了建议。
After decades of development and practice in the international market,the form of Engineering-Procurement-Construction (EPC)has shown remarkable project performance, and has become a mature form of construction management.This paper introduces the beginning and development of EPC.Taking the United States as an example,it analyzes the development and practice of the form in various market segments.Based on the project performance investigated in many research papers,compares the project performance of general contracting with that of traditional DBB,EPC is compared with the traditional form of construction management.Finally,according to China's situation,some implications are proposed to enhance the development of EPC in China.
