特大面积坏死性筋膜炎3例治疗体会

摘要 坏死性筋膜炎(necrotizing,fasciitis,NF)是由需氧菌和厌氧菌协同作用混合感染,引起皮下组织和筋膜层感染,导致的急性坏死性软组织感染性疾病,它具有起病急、发展快、病死率和致残率高等特点,多伴有全身毒血症,相关文献报道死亡率高达12%~35%,致残率约20%~30%[1]。
