摘要
以混杂废旧聚酯(PET)为原料,在常规PET纤维的生产工艺流程基础上进行优化设计,开发了新型立式成膜反应器,得到均化程度高、相对分子质量分布窄的纺丝熔体;设置了两级过滤装置,且在两级过滤器后设置静态混合器,提高了熔体的均一性和可纺性。在废旧PET与PEN质量比为50/50、反应温度290℃、反应时间30min条件下,制备了再生PET/PEN合金纤维。在此基础上,又开发了PET/PE、PET/PP共混再生纤维,并将它们与常规PET纤维进行了比较,探索了废旧PET的回收和再利用。
Based on the production process of conventional polyester(PET)fiber,using waste polyester mixed with impurities as raw material,the optimum design was carried out,and a new vertical film-forming reactor was developed to obtain spinning melt with high homogenization and narrow molecular weight distribution,and a two-stage filtration device was set up.A static mixer was installed behind the two-stage filter to improve the homogeneity and spinnability of the melt.Under the conditions of PET/PEN mass ratio of 50/ 50,reaction temperature 290℃ and reaction time 30 min,recycled PET/PEN alloy fibers were prepared.On this basis,PET/PE,PET/PP blended recycled fibers were developed and compared with conventional PET fibers.The recycling and reuse of waste PET were explored.
