中小学教师教学效能评价体系的优化

摘要 教师教学效能评价事关教师的评优评先、职称晋升等,合理科学的评价体系与评价方法,有利于促进教师工作的积极。然而很多中小学校对于教师教学效能的评价没有一个体系化的评价标准,存在评价标准不科学、评价方法单一等问题。经过长期的研究,我们构建并优化了中小学生教师教学效能评价体系,让评价项目体系化、评价主体体系化、评价方法体系化,从而尽量科学而有效地对教师教学效能进行评价。 The teacher's teaching effectiveness evaluation is related to the teacher's evaluation and evaluation,the promotion of professional titles,etc.The rational and scientific evaluation system and evaluation method are conducive to promoting the positive work of teachers.However,many primary and secondary schools do not have a systematic evaluation standard for the evaluation of teachers' teaching effectiveness,and there are problems such as unscientific evaluation criteria and single evaluation methods.After longterm research,we have constructed and optimized the evaluation system of primary and secondary school teachers' teaching effectiveness,so that the evaluation project is systematic,the evaluation subject is systematic,and the evaluation method is systematic,so as to evaluate the teaching effectiveness of teachers as scientifically and effectively as possible.
