摘要
目的观察火疗联合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法将100例患者随机分成实验组和对照组,每组50例患者。实验组患者给予火疗联合推拿治疗,对照组患者仅给予推拿治疗,共治疗4个疗程,疗程结束后对两组患者治疗效果进行评估。结果治疗结束后,实验组的有效率为96.00%;对照组有效率为64.00%。两组间比较χ2=2.13,P<0.05。结论火疗联合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果显著。
Objective To discuss the curative effect of fire therapy combined with massage in the treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods 100 cases of patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with fire therapy combined with massage therapy.The control group only received massage treatment.They were treated for a total of 4 courses of treatment.After treatment,the curative effect of the two groups was evaluated.Results After 4 courses of treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 96.00% and 64.00%,respectively.The comparison between two groups was carried out x^2 =2.13,P <0.05.Conclusion The fire therapy combined with massage in the treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc has significantly curative effect.
