摘要
目的探究分析中医扶正疗法对老年肺炎患者的应用效果和治疗价值。方法 2016年12月—2018年1月治疗的86例老年肺炎患者纳入本次研究,依据患者诊治时间的不同分组,2017年5月前治疗的43例患者为对照组(西医方法治疗),2017年5月后治疗的43例患者为观察组(西医方法结合中医扶正法进行治疗),探究中医扶正法在老年患者肺炎治疗中的应用价值和意义。结果观察组患者治疗14 d后,治疗总有效率为95. 3%,对照组为81. 4%,前者治疗总有效率明显高于后者,差异显著(P <0. 05);观察组患者治疗14 d后,不良反应总发生率为4. 7%,对照组为20. 9%,前者不良反应的总发生率显著低于后者,差异显著(P <0. 05)。结论对于老年肺炎患者采用西医方法联合中医扶正法进行治疗,疗效佳,患者治疗期间不良反应少,临床应用效果显著,有推广宣传价值。
Objective To explore and analyze the effect and value of traditional Chinese medicine in'the treatment of elder/y patients with pneumonia.Methods 86elderly patients with pneumonia treated in our hospital from December 2016to January 2018 were included in the study.According to the time of diagnosis and treatment,43 patients were treated before May 2017 were treated as control group (western medicine treatment group),and 43patients were treated after May 2017 in our hospital as the treatment group.The application value and significance of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of senile patients with pneumonia was studied.Results The patients in the observation group were treated for 14 days.At the end of the treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 95.3%and 81.4% respectively.The total effective rate of the former was significantly higher than that of the latter (P <0.05),and that of the observation group was 'significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions the treatment group arid the control group were 4.7% and 20.9%.The total incidence of adverse reactions in the former group was significantly lower than that in the latter group (P <0.05).Conclusion For the elderly patients with pneumonia,the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine has good curative effect,less adverse reactions during the treatment period,and obvious clinical application effect,which has the value of popularizing and propagating.
