摘要
目的观察中药穴位敷贴联合耳穴压豆预防腹股沟疝术后尿潴留的效果。方法选取太原市中心医院2015年3月—2018年3月收治的腹股沟疝术后患者106例作为观察对象,依据数字表法分为2组,各53例,其中对照组予以常规护理干预,试验组予以中药穴位敷贴联合耳穴压豆干预,对2组术后尿潴留情况及护理满意度情况进行比较。结果试验组术后尿潴留的预防总有效率及护理满意度均明显高于对照组,组间差异显著,存在统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论中药穴位敷贴联合耳穴压豆对预防腹股沟疝术后尿潴留具有重要预防作用,可显著提高患者护理满意度,值得在临床中进一步推广。
Objective To observe the effect of acupoint application of Chinese medicine combined with auricular acupoint pressing on prevention of urinary retention after inguinal hernia.Methods A total of 106 patients with inguinal hernia who were admitted to Taiyuan Central Hospital from March 2015 to March 2018 were enrolled in the study.According to the digital table method,53 patients were included,of which the control group received routine nursing intervention and the experimental group received traditional Chinese medicine. Acupoint application combined with auricular acupoints was used to compare the postoperative urinary retention and satisfaction of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of postoperative urinary retention and the satisfaction of nursing in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application of Chinese medicine combined with auricular acupoint pressing has an important preventive effect on preventing urinary retention after inguinal hernia,which can significantly improve patient satisfaction and is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
