摘要
目的探索针灸对骨质疏松性腰椎压缩性骨折的疗效。方法选取2017年2月11日—2018年2月11日骨质疏松性腰椎压缩性骨折100例患者(实施信封随机分组模式),对照组的50例患者进行常规西药治疗,观察组的50例患者进行针灸治疗,随后对比2组患者的VAS评分、总有效率、不良反应发生率、骨密度。结果观察组患者治疗后7天的VAS评分(3. 15±0. 45)分、治疗后14天的VAS评分(1. 36±0. 19)分、治疗后30天骨密度(0. 86±0. 48) g/cm^2、治疗后60天骨密度(0. 94±0. 75) g/cm^2、总有效率(96. 00%)、不良反应发生率(4. 00%)均优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论对骨质疏松性腰椎压缩性骨折患者实施针灸治疗效果显著,且能够减轻疼痛感,改善骨密度。
Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture on osteoporotic lumbar compression fractures.Method A total of 100 patients with osteoporotic lumbar compression fractures in our hospital from February 11,2017to February 11,2018 were divided into groups with enforced envelope randomization mod.50patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine.50 cases in the observation group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion.The VAS score,total effective rate,incidence of adverse reactions,and bone mineral density were compared between the two groups.Result Patients in the observation group had a VAS score (3.15±0.45)7 days after treatment,a VAS score (1.36±0.19)points on the 14th day after treatment,a bone mineral density (0.86±0.48)g/cm^2,30 days after treatment,60 days after treatment.Bone mineral density (0.94±0.75)g/cm^2,total effective rate (96.00%),incidence of adverse reactions (4.00%)of the observation group were superior to those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of acupuncture treatment on osteoporotic lumbar compression fractures is significant,which can relieve pain and improve bone density.
