摘要 某桥梁为中承式钢筋混凝土肋拱桥,周边环境复杂。为了快速的对跨航道桥梁进行爆破拆除,并控制爆破有害效应对周边环境的影响。采用协同爆破技术,桥台前台、支柱、桥面及拱肋采用浅孔爆破,部分空心拱箱采用水压爆破,引桥跨采用液压破碎锤进行二次破碎。采用复式交叉及网路跳线技术保证了起爆网路的可靠性,控制同段药量及起爆顺序减小了振动效应,地毯的铺设控制了飞石,预湿、灌水处理减弱了粉尘危害,控制桥梁倒塌顺序减弱了涌浪危害,达到了较好的爆破效果。 The bridge with a half-through suspender arch is crossing navigation channel with complex environment.In order to implement a quickly demolition without harmful effects on the environment,the cooperative blasting technology was applied.The shallow hole blasting was adopted on the bridge's abutment,pillar,bridge deck and arch rib.The water pressure blasting was used in some hollow arch boxes ,and the hydraulic crushing hammer was used to break up approach spans.The reliability of the detonating network was guaranteed by using double cross-over and network jumping technology.The vibration effect was reduced by controlling the maximum initiating charge and the order of initiation.The fly-rock was controlled by laying a carpet.The wetting and irrigation treatments were used to weaken the dust.Furthermore,the surge was weakened and good blasting effect was achieved.
