为更好地认清电磁频谱战发展精髓,通过对电磁频谱战发展现状的研究,深入剖析电磁频谱战概念内涵,从作战形式、作战环境和技术创新等方面分析了电磁频谱战发展动因,从电磁频谱战作战形式、领域融合、决策支持、技术创新和装备手段等方面分析了电磁频谱战发展的核心内容,提出了电磁频谱战体系建设与能力提升的建议,为新时期军事斗争准备和在未来信息化战争中取得电磁频谱优势提供参考指导.
To better understand the essence of the development of electromagnetic spectrum warfare,the concept of electromagnetic spectrum warfare is deeply analyzed through the study of the development status of electromagnetic spectrum warfare,and the development motivation of electromagnetic spectrum warfare is analyzed from the aspects of the pattern of operation,operational environment and technological innovation.The core content of the development of electromagnetic spectrum warfare is analyzed from the aspects of the pattern of operation,field integration,decision support,technological innovation and equipment means.And the proposal of the system construction and capacity improvement of electromagnetic spectrum warfare are proposed,which can provide reference guidance for obtaining the advantages of electromagnetic spectrum in the preparation of military struggle in the new period and in the future information warfare.
