摘要
随着全民运动潮的兴起,塑料草坪的使用频率随之增加。本文主要采用的塑料草坪的专用料是以低密度聚乙烯、线性低密度聚乙烯、苯乙烯/丁二烯/苯乙烯的三嵌段共聚物等原料共同混合之后造粒而制成的。通过研究原料的配比,找出其不同配比对塑料草坪专用料性能的不同影响,从中选取最佳方案。使用双向双螺杆挤出机对塑料草坪的专用料造粒,注射成型生产,并对其进行拉伸强度、冲击强度测试。研究结果表明:当苯乙烯/丁二烯/苯乙烯的三嵌段共聚物的占比超过一定数值后,试样的拉伸强度以及试样的抗冲击强度会有所升高。
With the rise of national National sports,the plastic lawn is widely used.In this article,PE,SBS and EVA were used as main raw materials to produce plastic turf special material by blending method.The effect of.the ratio of raw materials on the performance of produced plastic turf special material was investigated,and the best solution was determined.The blended raw materials were pelletized by using a twin-screw extruder,and then the products were manufactured by injection molding process,and the products'tensile strength and impact strength were tested.The results showed that,with the increasing of SBS content,the elongation at break,tensile strength and impact strength of the product increased.
