摘要
组织安全管理实践会直接或间接影响员工安全行为,进而影响企业安全业绩。为了有效提高员工行为安全水平,设计了包含安全管理实践、安全认知、安全行为测量的调查问卷。以某煤矿131份有效调查问卷为样本,以安全认知为中介变量,利用SPSS20.0和LISREL8.80探索安全管理实践与安全行为之间的关系。结果表明:安全投入、培训激励、员工参与和管理承诺4个因子对行为有直接显著影响,影响系数分别为0.33、0.36、0.17、0.16;而安全交流与反馈、安全监督和安全制度3个因子通过中介变量对行为产生间接影响。研究表明:企业应加大安全投入,强化培训激励;提升管理承诺,鼓励员工参与;建立有效安全信息交流与反馈机制;完善安全制度体系,加强制度培训和执行;强化安全监督水平。
To make an analysis of the factors influencing the safety production of the coal mine and improve the coal miners' safety production behavior level,the present paper intends to do an investigation by using a questionnaire with 131 valid items and then deliver among the enterprise safety managers and the coal miners.In the questionaire,we have adopted the structural equation model to modify the model from the 3 aspects,that is,t value,the correction coefficient MI and the error covariance.And,finally,we have examined and found the direct and indirect influential nature and mechanism of the safety management.The data we have gained through the said investigation indicate that out of the 7 safety management practices,only the safety investment,the safety training and incentives,the employee involvement and the management commitment can be found of the direct significant impact on the safety compliance or the participation behavior with the coefficients respectively of 0.33,0.36,0.17 and 0.16.The other behavior factors,such as the safety communication and feedback,the safety supervision and safety guaranteeing system can be proven to be of the indirect influential safety behavior via a few mediator variables,such as the safety cognition,namely,the safety consciousness,safety motivation,and safety knowledge.For example,the safety communication and feedback factors can influence the safety compliance through the safety awareness(0.76).On the other hand,the safety supervision may affect the safety compliance behavior through the said safety awareness(0.65),whereas the safety compliance behavior and the safety participation behavior can be influenced through the safety motivation(0.68).In addition,the safety system may affect the safety compliance behavior and safety participation behavior through the safety motivation(0.80) and the safety knowledge(0.86).All the above analyses may imply that it would be for the coal mine management to increase the safety investment to strengthen the safety training and incentives to hei
