城市干道协调溢流控制模型及应用

摘要 在干道发生拥堵的条件下,传统干道协调绿波控制模型不再适用,需要更有效的控制拥堵扩散的策略与模型。基于此,本文基于“先截流-慢纾流”的思路建立干道协调溢流控制模型,重点研究溢流控制策略的启动及结束条件、控制范围及协调溢流控制的交通信号控制参数,并以济南市天桥区南北向通勤交通走廊济泺路为例,应用城市干道协调溢流控制模型,设计控制拥堵扩散、缓解干线交通压力的综合协调信号优化信号控制方案。此外,针对方案实施效果进行了微观路网模型仿真评估,并针对路网通行效率、排队长度、停车延误等评估参数与现状方案进行了对比分析。 When the arterial road is congested,the traditional coordinated green wave control model for arterial road will be no longer applicable,therefore,more effective congestion control strategies and models are needed.Based on the idea of "cutting off traffic flow first and then releasing traffic flow slowly",a traffic overflow control model for urban arterial roads is proposed in this paper.The study mainly focuses on the initiation and termination conditions,the control range and traffic signal control parameters of the overflow control strategy.Taking Jiluo Road in Tianqiao District of Jinan City which is an urban north-south commuting arterial as an example,the proposed model is applied to design a comprehensive coordinated signal optimization control scheme that controls congestion diffusion and relieves the traffic pressure of the arterial road.In addition,a microsimulation model of road network is built to evaluated the implementation effect of the scheme,and the evaluation parameters of traditional control model such as road traffic efficiency,queue length and parking delay are compared and analyzed with those of the current scheme.
