摘要
目的:探讨核磁共振成像(MRI)快速成像技术对凶险型前置胎盘(PP)的诊断价值分析。方法:选取2015年1月至2018年1月凶险型PP患者55例,给予二维快速稳态进动(2D-FIESTA)/单次激发快速自旋回波(SSFSE)序列MRI快速成像技术检查。结果:2D-FIESTA序列胎盘信号不均匀、胎盘内条状低信号影显示率明显低于SSFSE序列,2D-FIESTA序列子宫结合带中断、胎盘与周围结构区分显示率明显高于SSFSE序列,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在诊断粘连性、植入性PP符合率中,二者联合时分别为96.15%、95.65%,二者联合时明显高于2D-FIESTA序列,2D-FIESTA序列明显高于SSFSE序列,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),三种方法诊断穿透性PP符合率均为100.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:MRI快速成像技术中,SSFSE、2D-FIESTA序列均对凶险型PP胎盘植入具有良好的诊断价值,二者联合时可提高诊断价值。
Objective:To discuss the diagnostic value analysis of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)rapid imaging technique for the aggressive placenta preplacenta (PP).Methods:55patients with aggressive PP were selected from January 2015to January 2018,they were given 2-d rapid steady-state precession (2D-FIESTA),single -induced quick-spin echo (SSFSE)sequence MRI rapid imaging technique detection.Results:The placenta signal uneven,placenta low signal display rate of 2D-FIESTA sequence were significantly lower than those of the SSFSE sequence,the uterine junction interrupted,distinguish of placenta and surrounding structure display rate of 2D-FIESTA sequence were significantly higher than those of the SSFSE sequence,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).In the diagnosis of adhesion,implant PP compliance,the combination of two were significantly higher than those of the 2D-FIESTA sequence,the 2D-FIESTA sequence were significantly higher than those of the SSFSE sequence,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),the diagnosis of penetrative PP compliance of the three methods were 100.00%,the difference was no statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:In MRI rapid imaging technique,the SSFSE,2D-FIESTA sequence have good diagnostic value for the implantation placenta of aggressive PP,the combination of two can improve the diagnostic value.
