摘要
目的:探讨桑叶荷钱茶对肠推进的影响及其减肥降脂作用。方法:将20只小鼠随机分成正常组和桑叶荷钱茶组,以墨汁在肠内推进比为指标,观察桑叶荷钱茶对肠推进的影响;将30只大鼠随机分成正常组、肥胖模型组和桑叶荷钱茶组,采用营养性肥胖造模方法复制肥胖模型大鼠,灌胃桑叶荷钱茶,测定体质量、体长及肥胖指数,并取血检测血清中TC、TG含量。结果:桑叶荷钱茶组小鼠小肠推进率高于正常组(P<0.05);肥胖模型组大鼠体质量、肥胖指数及血清中TC、TG含量高于正常组(P<0.05)。桑叶荷钱茶组大鼠体质量、肥胖指数及血清中TC、TG含量低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论:桑叶荷钱茶能促进小肠运动,降低肥胖模型大鼠血清TC、TG水平,具有良好地减肥降脂作用。
Objective:To explore the effect of the Sangye Heqian Tea (桑叶荷钱茶,SYHQT)on small bowel peristalsis activity in mice,and its weight-cutting effect.Methods:The 20KM mice were randomly divided into normal control group and SYHQT group.By observing the propulsive rate of small intestine of ink in mice. 30 SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group,obesity model group and SYHQT group.The weight,body length and fat indexes were tested in rats.After the experiment,the blood were collected and TC/ TG level in serum were tested by spectrophotometry.Results:Comparing with normal control group,the propulsive rate of small intestine of ink of sangyeheqian group were significantly increased in mice (P<0.05),and the weight and fat indexes of obesity model group were significantly increased in rats (P<0.05).Comparing with obesity model group,the weight,fat indexes and TC/TG level in serum of sangyeheqian group were significantly decreased in rats (P<0.05).Conclusion:Sangye Heqian Tea can increase small bowel peristalsis activity,decrease the levels of TC/TG in serum,and can reduce weight and fat of adiposis simplex rats.
