摘要
目的:研究四味脾胃舒颗粒的药效物质基础以促进其质量标准完善。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱法等方法对四味脾胃舒颗粒进行化学成分研究,采用现代波谱分析方法对分离得到的化合物结构进行确定。结果:从四味脾胃舒颗粒中分离纯化到7个化合物,依次为:(1)甲基异茜草素-1-甲醚、(2)5,5′-双取代氧甲基呋喃醛、(3)柠檬苦素、(4)3,5,6,7,8,3′,4′-七甲氧基黄酮、(5)5-羟甲基糠醛、(6)橙皮素、(7)橙皮苷。结论:化合物(1)～(7)均为首次从四味脾胃舒颗粒中分离得到,为进一步研究其药效及促进其质量标准完善打下了基础。
Objective:To reveal the therapeutic material basis and promote the quality standard of Four Kinds of Spleen and Stomach Regulating Medicines (四味脾胃舒颗粒).Methods:The slica column chromatography and other methods were used to isolate and purify the chemical constituents from Four Kinds of Spleen and Stomach Regulating Medicines.The structures of these obtained compounds were identified by spectroscopic methods.Results:By the data of spectral analysis,seven obtained compounds have been identified as:(1)Rubiadin-1-methylether,(2)Cirsiumaldehyde,(3)Limonin,(4)3,5,6,7,8,3′,4′-Heptamethoxyflavone,(5)5-Hydroxymethyl- 2-furancarboxaldehyde,(6)Hesperetin,(7)Hesperidin.Conclusion:Compounds (1)^(7)were isolated from this plant for the first time.It makes a foundation for the further research of the therapeutic material basis and the quality standard of Four Kinds of Spleen and Stomach Regulating Medicines.
