摘要
目的探讨手机APP在艾滋病(AIDS)门诊抗病毒治疗(ART)管理中的应用。方法采用非随机对照研究方法,观察组197例使用手机APP进行管理,对照组152例采用传统的门诊治疗管理模式。收集观察组对APP的满意度和艾滋病相关知识知晓情况,对比两组按时复查情况和服药情况。结果观察组197人APP使用总体满意度达97.46%,对APP咨询问题及医生沟通的时效性评价满意度达100%,98.98%(195/197)对艾滋病及相关用药知识的知晓情况较好。观察组研究期药物漏服比例较对照组低,且服药依从性高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论艾滋病抗病毒治疗管理APP使用满意度高,有利于提高患者服药依从性,是便捷高效的艾滋病抗病毒治疗服务和管理手段。
Objective To explore the application of mobile APP in the management of antiviral therapy(ART)in AIDS clinics.Methods A non-randomized controlled study was conducted with the observation group of 197 cases managed by mobile APP,and the control group of 152 cases by the traditional management,to know the APP satisfaction and AIDS-related knowledge of observation group,and compare the two groups on timely review and medication.Results APP satisfaction of the observation group was 97.46%.Satisfaction with the timeliness of APP counseling and doctor communication reached 100%.98.98%(195/197)had a better knowledge of AIDS and related medication.In the observation group,the proportion of missed drugs in the study period was lower than that in the control group,and the medication compliance was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion AIDS antiviral therapy management APP is conducive to improve patient compliance,convenient and efficient to manage AIDS antiviral treatment services.
