摘要
二战后日本根据其经济发展不同阶段,分别在其工业化初期、工业化中期、工业化后期和后工业化时期制定了相应的产业政策。由于不同阶段市场基本特征、经济基础条件不同,其产业政策的政策重点、实施手段及政策效果也不尽相同。总结日本产业政策的实施经验,剖析其产业政策的内在缺陷对于认识我国当前经济条件下产业政策的有效性及其未来调整方向具有参考借鉴意义。
After the Second World War,Japan formulated corresponding industrial policies respectively in its early stage of industrialization,in its middle stage of industrialization,in its late stage of industrializa- tion and in its post-industrialization period.Due to the different market characteristics and basic economic conditions at different industrialization stages,the policy priorities,implementation methods and the.effects of the industrial policies are also different in each stage of Japan's industrialization.Summarizing the implementation experience of Japan's industrial policies and analyzing the inherent defects has significant value for well understanding the industrial policies which are being implemented in China.Mean-While,it would be helpful for proper estimating its effectiveness under current China's economic conditions and providing a future adjustment direction as well.
