装配式全回转混凝土浇筑装置的设计与应用

摘要 为方便大体积混凝土浇筑,设计了一种绿色、无动力、可360°旋转、可多级组合布置的装配式全回转混凝土浇筑装置。详细介绍了装置的设计、安装与维护,并对装置使用过程中的控制要点进行阐述。通过案例应用,对比分析了全汽车泵施工与"汽车泵+装配式全回转浇筑装置"组合施工这2种方案的优缺点,证明装配式全回转浇筑装置具有良好的推广价值。 In order to facilitate the pouring of large-volume concrete, a green, unpowered, 360° rotating, multistage combination of fabricated full-rotation concrete pouring device is designed. The design, installation and maintenance of the device are introduced in detail and the key control points during the use of device are also elaborated emphatically. Through a case study, the advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of schemes such as the full automobile pump construction or the combined automobile pump + fabricated full-rotation pouring device, are compared and analyzed, which proves that the fabricated full-rotation pouring device has excellent promotion value.
