房地产绿色建材供应链构建及建材绿色度评价模型

摘要 在"绿色"背景下,房地产公司致力于开发绿色房地产产品,以抢占市场先机。论文首先阐述了房地产绿色建材供应链构建的可行性,给出了房地产绿色建材供应链的设计过程,绿色建材产品的供应链设计可提高房地产业的核心竞争力,提高工作效率。全生命周期评价体系通过量化建筑材料从生产至回收各阶段的物质输入与输出情况来评估该建材造成的环境负荷,并给出了建筑材料绿色度评价模型,该评价模型真实且全面地描述建材的绿色度,将成为评价建筑材料的重要方法。 In the "green" background, real estate companies are committed to developing green real estate products to seize market opportunities. The article first expounds the feasibility of the construction of real estate green building materials supply chain, and gives the design process of real estate green building material supply chain. The supply chain design of green building materials can improve the core competitiveness of the real estate industry and improve work efficiency. The full life cycle assessment system evaluates the environmental load caused by the building materials by quantifying the input and output of materials from the production to the recycling stage, and gives the greenness evaluation model of the building materials. The evaluation model truly and comprehensively describes the building materials green degree, which will become an important method for evaluating building materials.
