旋转割草机对果园绿肥的田间粉碎效果 被引量:7

摘要 为了明确机械化粉碎绿肥的适宜品种以及影响粉碎效果的因素,以北方果园常见绿肥品种为研究对象,通过大田试验与室内测量分析相结合的方法,研究了9G-1.2型旋转割草机对不同绿肥品种的粉碎效果。结果表明:9G-1.2型旋转割草机对春播果园绿肥的粉碎效果顺序为菊科(波斯菊、菊苣)>豆科(毛叶苕子、箭筈豌豆)>禾本科(一年生黑麦草、狗牙根)>十字花科(春油菜、肥田萝卜)。其中,菊科和豆科粉碎后0~10 cm草段长度的平均占有率分别为93.18%和70.10%;禾本科和十字花科粉碎后草段长度集中在20~30 cm和30~40 cm,粉碎效果相对较差;绿肥的地上植株含水量与粉碎效果呈正相关。因此,旋转割草机粉碎过程中植株含水量越高,粉碎效果越好;绿肥地上部生物量鲜重与粉碎效果关系不密切。 To make clear the green manure species suitable for mechanized crushing and the influence factors of crushing effect,using the common orchard green manure species in north China as materials,the crushing effects of 9 G-1.2 rotary mower on different green manure were studied by field experiment and indoor measurement analysis. The results showed that the order of crushing effect on different orchard green manure was Compositae(calliopsis and chicory) >Leguminosae(Vicia villosa and V. sativa) >Gramineae(Lolium multiflorum and Cynodon dactylon) >Brassicaceae(Brassica napus and Raphanus sativus). Among them,the average occupation rate of 0-10 cm grass sections crushed of Compositae and Leguminosae was 93.18% and 70.10%,respectively.The length of grass sections crushed of Gramineae and Brassicaceae concentrated at 20-30 cm and 30-40 cm,which meant that the crushing effect was relatively poor. The water content of above ground of green manure plants was positively correlated with the crushing effect. Therefore,the higher the water content of plants,the better the crushing effect. There was no significant correlation between the fresh weight of green manure and the crushing effect.
