摘要
目的:观察四妙散合四君子汤治疗急性期多发性肌炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年4月至2017年12月在本院住院和门诊诊治的急性期多发性肌炎患者60例,按照随机数字表法分成对照组与治疗组,每组30例。对照组给予激素对症治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加服四妙散合四君子汤治疗。结果:治疗组有效率96. 7%,不良反应发生率3. 3%,复发率3. 3%,对照组总有效率80. 0%,不良反应发生率23. 3%,复发率16. 7%,治疗组有效率、不良反应发生率、复发率优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05);两组治疗后血清肌酸磷酸激酶均有改善,且治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗组治疗后肌力分级改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:四妙散合四君子汤治疗急性期多发性肌炎临床效果显著,能改善患者肌力分级和血清肌酸磷酸激酶水平,减少不良反应的发生及复发率。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Wonderfully Effective Four Powder in combination with Four Gentlemen Decoction on acute polymyositis. Methods: Sixtybpatients with acute polymyositis who were treated in our hospital from April2014 to December 2017 were selected and divided into the control group and the treatment group according to random number table,with 30 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given symptomatic hormone treatment,while the ones in the treatment group were given Wonderfully Effective Four Powder in Combination with Four Gentlemen Decoction on the basis of the control group. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96. 7%,the incidence of adverse reactions was 3. 3%,and the recurrence rate was 3. 3%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 80. 0%,the incidence of adverse reactions was 23. 3%,and the recurrence rate was 16. 7%. The effective rate,the incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant( P <0. 05). Conclusion: Wonderfully Effective Four Powder in combination with Four Gentlemen Decoction has a remarkable clinical curative effect on acute polymyositis,can improve the muscle strength classification and serum creatine phosphokinase level,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate.
