摘要
目的:观察加味柴胡桂枝汤治疗甲状腺结节的临床疗效。方法:选择广东省第二中医院2016年9月至2017年9月门诊治疗的甲状腺结节患者72例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组36例。治疗组给予加味柴胡桂枝汤治疗,对照组给予优甲乐治疗。结果:对照组治疗后促甲状腺激素(thyroid stimulating hormone,TSH)水平较治疗前明显下降(P <0. 05),对照组治疗后TSH水平低于治疗组(P <0. 05),差异有统计学意义;治疗组治疗后甲状腺结节大小及数量等均优于对照组(P <0. 05),差异有统计学意义;治疗组有效率为88. 89%,对照组有效率为63. 89%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P <0. 05),差异有统计学意义。结论:加味柴胡桂枝汤治疗甲状腺结节效果显著,可改善患者甲状腺结节大小及数量,无明显不良反应。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Flavored Bupleurum and Cinnamon Twig Decoction on thyroid nodules.Methods:Seventy-two patients with thyroid nodules were selected from the outpatient department of Guangdong Second Hospital of TCM from September 2016to September 2017.They were randomly divided into tire treatment group and the control group,with 36cases in each group.The ones in the treatment group were treated with Flavored Bupleurum and Cinnamon Twig Decoction,while the ones in the control group were treated with Euthyrox.Results:After the treatment,the level of thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH)in the control group was significantly lower than that before the treatment (P <0.05),and the level of TSH in the control group was lower than that in the treatment group (P <0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.After the treatment,the size and number of thyroid nodules in the treatment group were better than those in the control group (P < O.05),and the differences were statistically significant.The effective rate of the treatment group was 88.89%,while that of the control group was 63.89%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05).The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Flavored Bupleurum and Cinnamon Twig Decoction has a remarkable clinical curative effect on thyroid nodules ,can improve the size and number of thyroid nodules without obvious adverse reactions.
