摘要
船舶发动机活塞是船舶发动机的关键零部件,根据国外某公司船舶发动机活塞质量要求及结构特点,开发设计了铁模覆砂铸造工艺,分析了产品可能出现的铸造缺陷并给出了应对措施,保证了船舶发动机活塞产品具备优秀的力学性能与加工性能,最后讨论分析了铁模覆砂铸造工艺的经济适用性。
According to the quality requirements and structural characteristics of the piston of a Marine engine of a foreign company, an iron mold sand coating casting process was developed and designed. The results show that the piston products of Marine engine have excellent mechanical properties and machining properties, and the economic applicability of iron mold sand casting process is strong.
