摘要
以江苏盐城大丰麋鹿国家级自然保护区第三核心区的土壤为研究对象,采用规则格网法采集土壤样本并测定重要理化指标pH、盐分、有机质、全氮、硝态氮、总碳、有效磷、速效钾,基于克里格插值得到土壤理化指标的空间分布。结果表明:大丰麋鹿野牧区土壤pH、盐分、有机质、全氮、硝态氮、总碳、有效磷、速效钾的平均含量为8.393、6.646g/kg、13.203g/kg、0.748g/kg、6.279 mg/kg、13.955g/kg、10.862mg/kg、486.36mg/kg。土壤pH值变异程度最小,其他均属于中等变异;土壤全盐、总碳、有机质、有效磷和速效钾含量从近海光滩至近岸川新线呈现递减的空间分布规律;土壤pH与其他理化指标存在显著负相关,土壤总碳与全盐、有机质、全氮、有效磷和硝态氮两两间呈显著相关(p<0.01);土壤盐度的空间分布与其上覆植被群落的演替规律存在较高的一致性。
The third core area of Dafeng Milu national nature reserve in Jiangsu province was taken as the target area investigated.Top soil samples were collected by regular grid method and primary physical and chemical parameters such as pH,soil salt content(SSC),soil organic matter(SOM),total nitrogen(TN),nitrate nitrogen(NN),total carbon(TC),available phosphorus(AP),and available potassium(AK)were tested.Their spatial distribution maps were performed by using Kriging interpolation method.The results indicated that the average contents of eight soil parameters were 8.393,6.646 g/kg,13.203 g/kg,0.748 g/kg,6.279 mg/kg,13.955 g/kg,10.862 mg/kg and 486.36 mg/kg respectively.The spatial variability of soil pH was weak,while the others were moderate.The contents of soil salt,total carbon,soil organic matter,available phosphorus and available potassium decreased gradually form near sea to off-shore.Soil pH were significantly negative correlated with other seven soil parameters,while soil total carbon and soil salt contents were significantly positive correlated(p<0.01)with soil organic matter,total nitrogen,available phosphorus and nitrate nitrogen,respectively.The spatial distributions of soil salt content were consistent with the succession law of the overlying vegetation community.
