摘要
针对消防泵维修中存在的消防水源安全风险,研发了一套消防水泵碟合、叠罩安装装置。消防水泵碟合、叠罩安装装置的应用,可解决水泵维修时存在的水源安全风险以及潜水泵给水安全可靠性降低的问题,降低轴流泵长轴悬吊的晃动性和维修的难度和复杂性。
The fire water source risk in the fire pump maintenance was analyzed and a set of installation device of disc closure and overlapping cover for fire pump was developed based on the risk. Not only the problem of water source safety risk during the pump maintenance and the safety reliability decrease of water supply system during the regular installation of submersible pump were solved,but also the long shaft suspension sloshing of axial flow pump and the difficulty and complexity of maintenance were reduced through the application of this installation device.
