摘要
中巴经济走廊作为"一带一路"倡议的重要组成部分,受到巴基斯坦恐怖主义的威胁, 2008年以来,巴基斯坦恐怖主义问题相关数据的对比,显示了中国在巴投资重点地区的安全态势。通过近十五年巴基斯坦恐怖主义问题的具体分析,客观评估中方在巴海外利益面临的实际状况,进而深入探讨中方在巴海外利益遭受恐怖袭击的原因,并就如何防范恐怖主义提出对策。加强情报建设、完善自身管理制度、强化基础设施和应对某些特定恐袭的方法,力求可以对中方在巴投资利益的保护起到一定积极作用。
As an important part of the "Belt and Road Initiative",the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor is threatened by Pakistan's terrorism,The comparison of data on Pakistan's terrorism since 2008shows the security situation of China's key areas in Pakistan's investment.Through the detailed analysis of Pakistan's terrorism issue in the past fifteen years,objectively assessing the actual situation of China's interests in Pakistan's overseas interests;further exploring the reasons for the terrorist attacks on China's overseas interests;and raising countermeasures on how to prevent terrorism To,build and improve its own management system,strengthen infrastructure and respond to certain specific terrorist attacks,and strive to have a positive effect on the protection of Chinese investment interests in Pakistan.
